For more information on the Coralisle Group, please visit www.cgcoralisle.com  The application is subject to regulatory approval.  Should the application be successful, the Coralisle Group Ltd. would become the beneficial owners of Massy United Insurance Ltd.  As per Section 33 of the Insurance Act (2001), any policyholder of Massy United Insurance Ltd. or other affected person who has  an objection to the sale of the shares to the Coralisle Group Ltd. can submit his objection to the Financial Services Commission on or before March 24^th, 2022:
